Instaling WoeUSB

WoeUSB is a fork of abandoned in 2012 WinUSB application that makes creating USB drive with windows installer a bit easier.

Ubuntu:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8
sudo apt update
sudo apt install woeusb

Fedora:

dnf install WoeUSB

OpenSUSE: Just install it using One-Click Install

Arch Linux: Install woeusb-git from AUR.

Creating a bootable Windows 10 drive

There is now two ways to create bootable Windows installation drive.

First way: Just open a WoeUSB gui (woeusbgui command), select device, iso and click Install.

Second way: Open terminal as root and type: woeusb --device <windows iso> <our usb device

After that reboot your computer (if you are installing it on that same machine) and boot from USB. That’s all.
